I find BOTH of them very annoying if I leave them running in the background, especially Kerish, which pops up what seems like every 15 minutes saying "I found 2 more bad registry entries". I have both of these products installed, trying to figure out which one to keep. And I might not think about sharing my experience if no one asks.
